Registration Important Notes:

Members/Non-Members
  • There are separate forms for PNCWA members and non-members. Membership will be verified.
  • To register as a member, you will need your WEF/PNCWA member number. 
  • If you do not know your member number, please check WEF first! If you need help with member numbers, fill out this form.
  • If you are registering multiple attendees, you will need to separate them by membership status and fill out both forms.

Email Requirements
  • Each attendee must use a unique email address for registration. 
  • Using a personal email address is recommended to avoid company firewalls and ensure the best app experience at the conference. 
Early Bird Discounts
  • Early bird discounted registration rates are available to PNCWA members until July 16, 2025.
Payment
  • Conference registration can be paid by credit card or check. Credit card processing fees will be automatically added to your total as you add registrations to your cart. If you prefer to pay by check, simply select that option on the billing page—credit card fees will be removed.
  • PNCWA's W9 is available here. 
Speakers
  • Speakers must register for the conference by August 26, 2025.
  • Speakers registering for single day attendance are eligible for a discount. Additional single day discounts may be available to speakers from municipalities, small/disadvantaged businesses, or individuals from outside the wastewater industry. Contact PNCWA for more information. 
Students
  • WEF student members receive complimentary conference registration (food not included).
  • Student ID may be required for verification. 
  • Email PNCWA for registration instructions and discount code.
Group Registrations
  • Group registrations are streamlined this year!
  • Register your attendees at the links above and adjust the quantity of tickets as needed. 
  • If registering both PNCWA members and non-members, you will need to separate them by membership status and fill out both forms. 
  • Collect all relevant information from attendees before beginning the registration process.

Registration Changes
  • Be sure to read the Registration Notes on the registration link before beginning. Please double check registration options before finalizing your order. Changes to registrations, such as switching packages or membership rates, may incur a $50 fee. 
Cancelation Policy
  • Cancelation requests must be received via email by August 29th. Cancelations received by this deadline will receive a refund, minus a $50 processing fee and any credit card processing fees. After August 29th, refunds are not provided, however, substitutions are welcome. Fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 30 days. 

 

Registration Changes 

To request a change to an existing registration, please fill out the form linked below. Changes include substituting one attendee for another, canceling a registration, adjusting the rate charged, etc. Some changes may incur a $50 processing fee.
