This 90-minute session introduces the new 2025 operator certification exams and the comprehensive tools designed to support your success—study guides, flashcards, practice tests, and more. Learn about the exam development process and how these resources fit into a broader, real-world approach to operator training.

  • Understand the structure and rationale behind the 2025 exams
  • Use study materials effectively, including guides, flashcards, and practice tests
  • See how these tools support a holistic approach to operator education
  • Build confidence in handling emergency scenarios through scenario-based learning
