The Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA) will host its' inaugural Water Palooza event on Thursday,October 18th at William Howard Taft Elementary School. The event will be held prior to the PNCWA 2018 Annual Conference as a way to serve and include the greater community.

The goal of Water Palooza is to engage elementary school students in hands‐on and demonstrative activities that promote the value of water and encourage students to become stewards of their own water environment. At the event, students travel in small groups to various stations to learn about the local water environment, the importance of water, initiatives in their community, and how to save water and protect the environment at home.

We have over 15 local partners signed up to join us at the event and share in our passion for Boise’s natural environment.

If you have questions about the event or an interest in participating, please contact Steve Drangsholt ([email protected]) or Haley Falconer ([email protected]) for more information.
